Welcome to the Prework for the Chubb ROX workshop. This Prework is designed to get you to start thinking about how to create exceptional customer experiences.

As part of your Prework, we would like you to read the Jack Mitchell book “Hug Your Customers”. If you can not read the entire book, here are the suggested chapters of the book we will be referencing during the workshop:
